Theological Librarian Joins RS

Rockbridge Seminary is pleased to welcome J. James (Jim) Mancuso of Schenectady, NY, as the seminary’s new Theological Librarian beginning September 1. His coming represents an important step toward Rockbridge Seminary’s goal of providing students with the best learning support team possible.

His educational credentials include Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and Master of Library Science, both from Syracuse University.

Jim has served as Assistant Director for Library Services at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary (Northeast Campus), Assistant Director of the Capital District Library Council, Reference Librarian at the Schenectady County Public Library, and Quality Control Specialist for Bibliographic Retrieval Services.

His professional affiliations include New York Library Association, American Theological Library Association, Libraries Interested in Theology across New York, Hudson-Mohawk Library Association, and Evangelical Theological Society.

Jim is an Elder at First Presbyterian Church of Schenectady, NY. He is fluent in Spanish, has a working knowledge of French and Italian, and has reading familiarity with Latin and New Testament Greek.

Please pray for Jim Mancuso as he assumes this new and important position for Rockbridge Seminary.
